Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger- garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 - lemons
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - cashew paste
  • 1 bunch coriander

How to Make Chicken lemon fry

  • Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces, add little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, fry the green chillies and onions till onions turn golden brown.
  • Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
  • Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
