Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast fillets
  • 1 - egg
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 3 pods - garlic
  • A pinch - chilli powder
  • 2 - spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Chicken stock
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • 1 tsp- corn flour
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Chicken Manchurian with egg

  • Cut the chicken fillets into small cubes. Add egg, salt, a pinch of chilli powder, pepper powder and cornflour.
  • Mix well and deep fry and keep aside.
  • In a wok, pour 1 tbsp oil, add the cut pieces of ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry a little.
  • Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, a little vinegar, sugar, water or chicken stock.
  • Mix 2 tbsp of cornflour in water and pour it over the chicken mixture.
  • Finally, add the cut spring onions.
