  • 450 gms - boneless chicken
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 - large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 cup - grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp - hot chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil

How to Make Chicken Meat Loaf

  • Add all of the ingredients together. Put it in a food processor and make a thick paste.
  • Do not add water.
  • We are going to make a bread out of this paste.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  • Oil a loaf pan generously, but not too much, and put the chicken paste in it.
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 35 - 40 minutes.
  • After it's Bake properly, take it out of the oven.
  • Take the chicken meat loaf out of the baking pan, be careful not to break it.
  • Now cut it into thick slices like bread and serve it hot with your favourite chutney.
