Ingredients

  • 6 pcs chicken legs
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp sooji (rawa)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying

How to Make Chicken Rawa Fry

  • Wash chicken and cut into pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients except sooji for about 1 to 1.5 hour.
  • Coat the chicken in sooji and shallow fry it. Serve hot.
