Ingredients

  • Chicken (cut into big pieces) - 1kg
  • Cinnamon - 2-3 sticks
  • Cardamom - 5
  • Cloves - 6
  • Whole red chilli - 10
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 2
  • Tomato - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Chicken roast

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Put cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves and red chillies in the pan and fry for a while.
  • Add onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, fry, add diced tomatoes and fry for a few mins.
  • Finally add the chicken pieces and fry it well.
  • Add salt and half a cup of water to the chicken
  • Close the pan and allow it to boil. Now simmer in medium flame.
  • Stir occasionally and when done serve.
