Ingredients

  • 2kg - boneless chicken
  • 6 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 3.5 tsp - sugar
  • 4 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 4-6 medium size - tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - black pepper
  • 3-4 - onions
  • 5 tbsp - oil
  • 4 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 - capsicum
  • 2 tbsp - chilli garlic sauce
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chicken Shaslik

  • Add 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, salt (to taste), 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of vinegar, and 1 tbsp of black pepper to the chicken; mix thoroughly. Keep aside for half an hour.
  • In a frying pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp of oil and fry the marinated chicken.
  • After 15 minutes, remove and keep aside.
  • Add another 2 tbsp of oil and fry the onion, capsicum with 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1\4 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp black pepper, and 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  • Fry for 5 to 10 minutes and add the mixture to the fried chicken.
  • Now add 2 tbsp of oil, tomatoes, chilli garlic sauce, 2 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1\4 tsp sugar, and 2 tbsp soya sauce to the pan and cook well to form a sauce.
  • Pour the sauce over the fried chicken and vegetables.
