  • 1 - whole chicken
  • 3.5 oz - cabbage
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1/2 cup - sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup - onion
  • 2 - green onions
  • Oil
  • Marinating sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - red bean paste
  • 1tbsp - finely ground red pepper
  • 6 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp - ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp - ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp -f sugar
  • 1 tsp - sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp - rice wine

How to Make Chicken Stir-fry (Dak Calbi)

  • Chop the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
  • Make sauce with red bean paste, soy sauce, ground red pepper, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, sesame seed oil, and rice wine. Mix well.
  • Marinate chicken in sauce for 7-8 hours.
  • Cut cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion into thick strips.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables.
  • Add the chicken.
  • Stir-fry until chicken is done.
