  • 1/2 kg - chicken winglets
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - flour
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 2 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto
  • salt to taste
  • few drops of red color
  • oil for deep frying

How to Make Chicken Wing Lollipop

  • Wash the chicken winglets.
  • In a bowl beat the eggs well.
  • Add gram flour, flour, corn flour, chilli sauce, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and few drops of red colour to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken winglets in the egg mixture for one hour.
  • Deep fry on a low flame till the chicken is tender.
