  • 500 g - chicken fillets
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 10 - green beans
  • 20 - basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli paste
  • 3 tbsp - fish sauce (or salt to taste)
  • 2 tbsp - sugar

How to Make Chicken with Basil and Chilli

  • Slice the chicken. Chop the garlic. Cut beans into 1 cm pieces. Chop basil leaves.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add the garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add chilli paste and saute some more.
  • Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add fish sauce (or salt), sugar and beans, and continue to stir-fry.
  • Reduce the heat and add the basil leaves. Saute till done.
