Ingredients

  • 4 mud apples (chikoo) ripe
  • 500 ml - milk or 1.5 liter milk
  • 100 g - sugar
  • 2 g - corn flour

How to Make Chickoo Ice Cream

  • Boil the milk on high heat till it reduces to half its quantity.
  • Make sure that the milk is reduced to exactly half the original quantity.
  • Heat again on medium flame and mix sugar.
  • Mix corn flour in a little cold milk and add it in the milk.
  • Boil it well till it becomes thick. Close the gas.
  • Cool the mixture and mix in the chickoo pulp and vanilla essence.
  • Then put the mixture in a blender and blend on high speed 3 times after every second.
  • Pour the mixture in ice cream moulds and keep it in the deep freezer till it sets.
  • Churn and set it again.
  • Remove when done and serve cold.
