  • 1 cup - Bundi
  • 2 cups - Butter milk or curd
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

How to Make Chilled Bundi Raita

  • Mix salt and pepper and chopped coriander leaves to butter milk or curd and refrigerate it.
  • While serving add Bundi to it.
  • If the curd is thick add little water.
