Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Strawberry Jelly
  • 1 can - Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - Heavy Cream

How to Make Chilled Strawberry Souffle

  • Make the jelly according to packet instructions.
  • When half set, break the jelly and transfer it to a bigger vessel.
  • Add cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Keep this vessel in a bigger vessel containing ice cubes.
  • Now beat the jelly mixture with an electric beater till it starts getting frothy.
  • Pour this mixture in a wet mould and allow to set in freezer for about 2 hours.
