Ingredients

  • 300 g - chopped tomatoes
  • 250 g - chopped olives
  • 115 g - beef
  • 3-4 - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce or 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - red pepper
  • a few fresh basil leaves

How to Make Chilli Beef Primavera

  • Thinly slice the beef and pour into a large frying pan with olive oil.
  • Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the red pepper, chopped olives and chopped tomatoes.
  • Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the chilli sauce and garlic.
  • Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
