Ingredients

  • 100 g - paneer
  • 1 - medium-sized green capsicum (Diced)
  • 1 - medium-sized onion (Diced)
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 2 tsps - green chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsps - tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp - red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsps - soya sauce
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • Cornflour for coating
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Chilli Capsicum Paneer

  • Chop the paneer into big cubes and toss into corn flour.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer cubes till lightly golden.

  • Now cook till it thickens and add paneer.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve with naan or tandoori roti.
