Ingredients

  • 2 cheese - cubes
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 - bread slices
  • 8 - curry leaves
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - corn flour
  • A pinch - baking powder
  • A little - citric acid
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Chilli Cheese Pakoras

  • Finely chop the onion and chillies.
  • Cut cheese and bread into small cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients in besan and make a thick batter using water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all pakoras until they turn brown.
  • Serve with sauce or chutney.
