Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 3 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions - 2 big size
  • Green chillies - 10-12
  • Capsicum - 1 (large)
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 bunches
  • Pepper and salt - for taste
  • Oil - 4 tbsp

How to Make Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry

  • To Marinate: Mix chicken with Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, and salt and put it in the refrigerator the previous night or 2 to 3 hours before cooking.
  • Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry till golden brown.
  • Then put 10 to 12 green chillies and 1 capsicum, cut into pieces; fry and then add the marinated chicken pieces.
  • Stir-fry it for a few minutes.
  • Add two bunches of coriander leaves and a little china salt and fry on low flame.
  • Add pepper powder if necessary.
