  • 2 - medium-sized cucumbers
  • 4 - medium tomatoes
  • 4 - medium-sized onions
  • 2 tsp - garam masala
  • 9 - medium green chillies
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 3 tsp - cooking oil
  • 2 tsp - deghi mirch

How to Make Chilli Cucumber Bhartha

  • Peel cucumbers and boil them in an open container for 10 minutes on high.
  • Alternatively, give it one whistle in a cooker.
  • Mash the cucumbers after boiling and draining.
  • Cut the onions, tomatoes, and green chillies into fine pieces.
  • Put pan with cooking oil on the stove.
  • First, add onions and fry for 4 minutes, and then add tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Put salt, deghi mirch, and garam masala and fry for five minutes.
  • Now, put mashed cucumber in this and keep frying for 8 minutes till all the water is gone.
