  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Chilli Cucumber omelette

  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and grate.
  • Add rice flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
  • Mix well and make small balls. Roll out.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick tava and shallow-fry on both sides.
