  • 1/2 cup - dried red chillies

How to Make Chilli Flavoured Oil

  • Heat oil till smoky.
  • Add chillies, cover it and turn off the heat.
  • Keep it aside, covered, for 24 hours.
  • Strain with a fine mesh, bottle and use as required.
