  • Basmati rice - 1 cup
  • Cabbage (cut into small strips) - 1 cup
  • Beans (cut into small pieces) - 1/4 cup
  • Green bell pepper (cut into small strips) - 1/4 cup
  • Onions - 1
  • Spring Onions - 1 small bunch
  • Carrots (cut into small strips) - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 3.5 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Grind together:
  • Green chillies - 6
  • Garlic - 4

How to Make Chilli Garlic Basmati Rice

  • Wash and cook the rice. Allow it to cool and separate the grains.
  • To this rice, add the chilli-garlic paste.
  • Now, heat oil in a pan and fry the cut vegetables one by one as follows: onions, beans, carrots, bell pepper, cabbage and, in the end, the spring onions.
  • When they are cooked, add salt and the cooked rice.
  • Fry on high flame till the rice becomes hot.
