  • Green chillies - 6
  • Garlic cloves - 2
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Beans - 1/4 cup
  • Peas - 1/4 cup
  • Onions - 1/4 cup
  • Salt

How to Make Chilli Garlic Rice

  • Cook the rice and separate the grains with a fork.
  • Pour one tbsp of oil in a skillet and fry the onions. Add carrots, beans and peas to it.
  • Make a paste of the green chillies and garlic.
  • When the vegetables turn tender, add the paste and salt, saute for a while.
  • When the raw smell goes add the rice and mix well.
