Ingredients

  • 300 g - button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Chilli Mushroom Fritters

  • Wash the mushrooms and boil in a little water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Mix the mushrooms with the garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli sauce, egg, corn flour, refined flour and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the mushrooms a little at a time till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
