Ingredients

  • 500 gms - noodles
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tbsp - schezwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp - sweet chutney
  • 1 - carrot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece - capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, finely sliced
  • salt - to taste
  • lime juice - to taste
  • oil - for deep frying
  • Spring onions - for garnish

How to Make Chinese Bhel

  • Boil the noodles and drain.
  • Add some corn flour to the boiled noodles and deep-fry it.
  • In a bowl add some fried noodles, sliced capsicum, carrots, and cabbage.
  • Add some sweet chutney, schezwan sauce, salt, and lime juice and toss well.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
