  • 2 cups - basmati rice
  • 2 pieces - chicken breast
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - medium capsicum, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - fresh green peas
  • 1 - large onion, chopped
  • 1 pinch - ajinomotto
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - oil
  • salt - to taste

How to Make Chinese chicken fried rice

  • Add 1 tsp of oil and salt to the rice, cook, and keep aside.
  • Boil chicken, cut it into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onion and sautee till it becomes soft.
  • Pour the beaten eggs into it and scramble nicely.
  • Then add green peas, capsicum, and shredded chicken, sautee for 3-5 minutes.
  • Now add rice and all the powders and cook till the rice is mixed well.
  • Serve hot with any spicy side dish.
