Ingredients

  • 250 g - tofu
  • 3 - dry red chillies (smashed)
  • 1 - green pepper
  • 1 - onion (cut into long slices)
  • 1 cup - spring onions
  • 1.5 tsp - cornflour
  • oil as required
  • 1.5 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - vinegar
  • 1 - green chilli

How to Make Chinese Tofu Curry

  • Cut the tofu into small cubes and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and fry the onions and green chilli.
  • Add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Add soya sauce, vinegar, dry red chillies and salt.
  • Add 1 cup of water and boil.
  • Add the tofu.
  • Mix cornflour in a little water to make a paste and add to the pan. Bring to boil.
  • Serve hot with noodles or rice.
