Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - pasta
  • 3 - garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp - olive or sesame oil
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sauces- Chinese cooking wine, chilli sauce, tomato, peri peri, garlic sauce
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp - light soya sauce
  • Vegetables
  • 1 - large carrot
  • 1/3 cup - spring onions, chopped
  • Few tbsp - green peas
  • 1/4 cup - bell peppers

How to Make Chinese vegetable fried pasta

  • Mix the sauces with 2 tbsp water and set aside.
  • Add pasta to boiling water and cook till al dente.
  • Drain and rinse in cold water and set aside to drain.
  • Heat a pan with oil, add garlic and saute for a minute
  • Add white part of the spring onions, fry for a while.
  • Add all the vegetables except green parts of the spring onions. Sprinkle salt and fry on medium high heat till all the vegetables are cooked.
  • Add green parts of the spring onion.
  • Add pasta and pour sauces and fry till the pasta warms up.
  • Sprinkle some grated cheese.
