  • 2 l - full fat milk
  • 1 cup - milk powder
  • 1 cup - cocoa powder
  • 600g - fresh cream
  • 1 tin - condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

How to Make Choco ice cream

  • Mix cocoa, milk powder, and corn flour in 200ml milk.
  • Boil the remaining milk on medium heat.
  • Stir frequently while cooking.
  • Add condensed milk, and mix till all the contents have mixed well.
  • Gradually add dissolved ingredients, stirring continuously until well dissolved.
  • Add some sugar.
  • Simmer further for some more time on medium heat.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Freeze for 4 to 5 hours till set.
  • Remove from freezer, beat with electric beater, and add in cream.
  • Beat till fluffy.
  • Transfer to freezer tray, and reset for 5 to 6 hours.
  • When fully set, scoop and serve.
  • Transfer the scoops into small glass bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings
