Ingredients

  • 1 packet - Britannia Marie Gold biscuits
  • 2.5 tbsp - milk
  • 1 cup - chocolate powder
  • 1.5 cups - confectioners' sugar (depending upon taste)
  • 1 cup - butter
  • 1 cup - coconut powder
  • Cardamom powder

How to Make Choco Rolls

  • Preparation for filling:
  • Take coconut powder, sugar and butter in a large bowl. Mix it very well.
  • Add cardamom powder in it.
  • Grind Marie Gold biscuits in a mixie. Sieve biscuit flour.
  • Add chocolate powder and mix small quantity of milk and make a smooth dough.
  • Make round rolls with dough.
  • Roll it like a chapatti ( the chapatti should be thick).
  • Make a thin layer of filling mixture in it.
  • Now roll the chapatti to make a roll filled with coconut powder.
  • Now place the rolls in the freezer for 30 mins.
  • Take out rolls from freeze, cut it and serve cold.
