Ingredients

  • 100 g - dark chocolate
  • 4 tsp - instant coffee powder
  • 4.5 cups - milk
  • 4 tsp - sugar
  • a few drops of hazelnut syrup
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder

How to Make Chocolate Coffee

  • Heat 1/2 cup of milk in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  • Prepare a mixture of coffee powder, melted chocolate, sugar and the warmed milk.
  • Whisk well to ensure that there are no lumps and it is frothy.
  • Add a drop of hazelnut syrup.
  • In a serving glass, put 1 tbsp of the coffee mixture and pour 1/2 cup of hot milk and mix well.
  • Prepare foam in the 1/2 cup of cold milk with a foamer and pour into the glass.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve immediately.
