  • 2 cups - icing sugar
  • 2 tsp - butter
  • 4 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp - boiling water

How to Make Chocolate Glace Icing

  • Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder.
  • Place in a bowl over simmering water.
  • Make a well in the centre of the sifted ingredients and add boiling water and butter.
  • Stir gradually until icing is smooth.
