  • 8 tbsp drinking chocolate
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 10 tbsp sugar

How to Make Chocolate Sauce with Vanilla Ice-cream

  • Mix all the ingredients in a pan and keep stirring, till it boils and the sauce coats the back of the spoon
  • Cool and store in the refrigerator
  • Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate brownies garnished with chopped cashew nuts
