  • 1 cup - sev
  • 1 cup - puffed rice
  • 1 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 2 - finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - finely chopped tomato
  • 1 cup - grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped mango (optional)
  • 1 cup - nipattu
  • 1 tsp - grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup - chopped coriander
  • 1 to 2 tsp - lemon juice or tamarind juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Oil
