Ingredients

  • Murmura - 1.5lb
  • Onion - 1 (small)
  • Carrots - 20
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Green chillies (according to taste)
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • Curry leaves - 5-6
  • Peanuts and cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Churmuri

  • Cut onion finely into small pieces.
  • Grate carrots.
  • Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Finely grind green chillies, coriander leaves, and curry leaves in a blender.
  • Roast peanuts and cashew nuts in a drop of oil till they turn golden brown.
  • Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients. Then add murmura and salt, mix well, and serve.
