Ingredients

  • 100 gm - French beans (cut into cubes)
  • 150 gm - carrots (cut into cubes)
  • 8 to 10 - leaves spinach (chopped)
  • 3 - big tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 - big cups water
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Clear Vegetable Soup

  • Pressure cook the vegetables with water on a high flame till 5 to 6 whistles.
  • Cool completely and open the cooker.
  • Blend the vegetables with a hand blender.
  • Strain the soup mashing the vegetables very well.
  • Serve hot with salt and pepper.
