  • 1 kg. mutton with bones
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ginger, garlic and green chilli masala
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • Few mint leaves
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Clear White Soup

  • Cook meat with chopped onions and green masala till its own water reduces.
  • Add water, about 1 ½ litres and cook on medium flame till the meat is cooked and liquid is reduced.
  • Heat oil, add the cumin till they sputter then add to soup. Lastly add little milk for flavor. Serve hot garnished with mint leaves.
