Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken - 500g (cut into 3/4 inch cubes)
  • Curd - 50g (without water)
  • Onion paste - 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Coconut paste - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Coconut Chicken Kebabs

  • Mix all the ingredients except salt and oil and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Mix salt and oil, put on seekh (skewers), and grill till it turns golden red.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces, and sauce.
