Ingredients

  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup - desiccated coconut
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 cup - melted butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

How to Make Coconut Cookies

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and blend well.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees centigrade.
  • Grease a baking tray, keep aside.
  • Scoop the dough with a teaspoon and shape each scoop into a cookie.
  • Bake in oven at 220-250 degrees centigrade, till they turn golden brown (about 10-12 mins).
  • Serve with tea or coffee.
