  • China grass, finely chopped - 10 g
  • Hot water - 1.5 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Tender coconut water - 1/2 cup
  • Tender coconut pulp, finely cut - 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh milk - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • For Decoration:
  • Grated milk chocolate - 1 bar
  • Almonds (roasted and sliced) - 10

How to Make Coconut Dessert

  • Mix together China grass and hot water in a vessel and soak for 10 mins. Mash in a mixer.
  • Put the mashed mixture in a large microwave bowl and keep on high for 7 mins, stirring in between.
  • Add sugar and keep for another 2 mins in micro high. Remove and keep aside.
  • Mix together in a separate vessel tender coconut water, coconut pulp, condensed milk, fresh milk, fresh cream, and vanilla essence.
  • Now in a decorative bowl, mix the above mixture with the china grass mixture and allow to set.
  • Decorate with grated chocolate and almonds. Serve chilled.
