  • 2 cups - rice
  • 1 cup - coconut
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Coconut Dosa

  • Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours and grind it well along with the coconut
  • Add the coconut and grind it, so that it becomes like a dosa batter. Add salt as needed.
  • Take a pan, pour a little coconut oil, then pour 2 to 3 ladles of dosa batter and allow it to thicken.
  • Keep stirring it, so that it doesn't get burnt
  • Then add the thickened paste to the ground batter.
  • Make dosas on a tawa and serve
