Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh coconut
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 1 onion - chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp -cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - amchur powder
  • Oil to fry.

How to Make Coconut Pakoda

  • Mix all ingredients with 1 tbsp oil and add a small amount of water to make a stiff dough.
  • Make small balls and flatten them. Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
