  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 3/4 cup - coconut powder
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1 - large egg
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as required.

How to Make Coconut Pancakes with eggs

  • Make a batter of maida and rice flour by adding milk and required amount of water.
  • Add sugar and beat in the egg. Then add coconut powder to it
  • Heat a tava, pour a ladleful on it, spread and cook on both sides.
