  • 2 cups - milk
  • 2 cups - sweetened bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. - sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten

How to Make Coconut pudding

  • Combine breadcrumbs, coconut, sugar and milk.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered pie dish.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs and bake in a moderate oven for 1/2 an hour or until brown.
