  • 2 tbsp - oil to fry
  • A few sprigs - curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Baking soda - a pinch
  • 1 cup - grated coconut

How to Make Coconut Sour nuts

  • Mix all the above ingredients together to make a moderately thick batter.
  • Drop spoonfuls and fry in oil till it turns brown. The texture depends on the amount of water in the batter.
