  • 1 packet - any glucose biscuits
  • 2 tsp - coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 300 g - fresh cream
  • 5 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup - crushed roasted nuts
  • 1 - small chocolate
  • 1 - cup water
  • A few - cherries

How to Make Coffee Gateau Instant

  • Beat the cream with 3 tbsp of sugar and cocoa powder till it is light and fluffy. Chill in the fridge.
  • In a pan on low flame, add water, 2 tbsp sugar and coffee powder.
  • Increase flame when everything dissolves well..
  • Remove from flame and cool the mixture
  • Dip biscuits into the above mixture and place a layer on a greased glass dish.
  • Pour some of the cream and spread some roasted nuts.
  • Add another layer of biscuits over it followed by cream and nuts. End with another layer of cream.
  • Level it with a knife or spatula.
  • Garnish with generous amount of chocolate flakes and some cherries.
  • Set it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
