Ingredients

  • 1 - carrot
  • 2 - white radish
  • 1 - potato, chopped into small cubes
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp - salt to taste oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Some urad dal

How to Make Colourful curry

  • Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, add mustard seeds and urad dal.
  • Add all the vegetables and some water. Cook covered for 20 mins on a low flame.
  • Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Colourful curry is ready.
