Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - jelly crystals (lemon or pineapple)
  • 3 tbsp - water boiling hot
  • 1 tsp - cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 tbsp - shell macaroni boiled
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - vanilla ice cream

How to Make Colourful Jelly Cup

  • Mix jelly crystals and sugar in water till dissolved.
  • Set in a bowl, till semi solid. Break with a fork.
  • Mix with all other ingredients, except icecream.
  • Set in either individual rinsed mould or individual serving transparent bowls.
  • Place in refrigerator till set.
  • Chill , top with icecream blobs and serve.
