  • 20 sprigs - coriander
  • 1 handful - fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Coriander and Mint Raita

  • Grind coriander, mint leaves and green chilli into a paste with a couple of spoons of yogurt.
  • Add the paste to the well-beaten yogurt.
  • Finally add the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well and serve.
