Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 150 g - peanuts
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies
  • 3 to 4 - garlic pods
  • 1 piece - ginger
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • Juice - one lemon

How to Make Coriander 'n' Groundnut Chutney

  • Chop the coriander leaves.
  • Wash thoroughly.
  • Chop green chillies, garlic and ginger finely.
  • In a chutney grinder, crush the peanuts coarsely.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the crushed peanuts.
  • Add a little water and grind for a few mins
  • Check the consistency.
  • Serve with meals or snacks.
