Ingredients

  • 2 cups - coriander leaves (washed and chopped)
  • 1 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seeds (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Coriander Starters

  • Wash the chopped coriander leaves and add all the ingredients, except the gram flour.
  • Slowly add the gram flour and mix (without adding water) to prepare a dough.
  • Shape the dough rectangular and steam for 15 mins.
  • Cut the dough into small pieces and shallow-fry in a tava.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
