  • Eggs - 2
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tsp, minced
  • Spinach - 2 cups, shredded finely
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken or vegetable stock - 4 cup
  • Monosodium Glutamate - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Corn and Spinach Soup

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic until pink
  • Add the spinach and stir fry lightly
  • Mix the corn flour with the stock and add to the spinach
  • Boil on a high flame and then simmer for 2 min
  • Now add the sweet corn, salt, pepper and MSG
  • When the soup boils, reduce the heat to keep the soup simmering
  • Beat the eggs lightly and add to the soup through a sieve to obtain thin strands
  • Remove from heat immediately
  • Serve hot.
